Josy Rodriguez was born and raised in East Harlem, NY. Growing up, she shared a love of TV and film with her grandmother. She started her career in Production as an office PA but Casting was always her dream. Taking a chance on a job posting, she applied for an internship at Bowling/Miscia Casting. In 2013, she began interning on Blue Bloods and Hostages. Later that summer, she officially became the casting assistant on Blue Bloods to eventually become Casting Director in 2020. Her career highlights include Blue Bloods, Gotham, Harlem, Hightown, Special Ops: Lioness, FBI and many more.
